Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok

Good This hotel exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, ensuring our luxurious needs were fulfilled. the rooftop infinity pool provided stunning views, with plenty of sun loungers on the sun terrace, making it an area perfect for entertainment. Our room had exclusive amenities, including a comfortable bed and beautiful garden area, making our stay relaxing. We enjoyed the restaurant and poolside snack bar with a diverse menu option. the location is convenient, with the nearby Skytrain station, connecting us to the city center.

Cons the SPA & wellness center was a minor issue. While the masseuse is friendly, their English proficiency was limited, making it difficult for us to communicate.

Great location, 10 minutes away from subway station, and easily accessible to key tourist districts. Good breakfast and polite staff.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were efficient and the hotel was brilliant, it had magnificent location near the Skytrain station. There was a lot of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding. We had a perfect experience.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was wonderful, liked it. Superb service, even though a few employees were not so helpful. The hotel had a central location and it was a few steps away from Gobkk.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities. The breakfast buffet is incredible, with a variety of international options and fresh, healthy drinks. The pool has a stunning view of Bangkok and is beautifully designed. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS train line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always has a smile on their face.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.

If I return to Bangkok I would come here again. The hotel is fabulous, has good staff and rooms, I loved every detail.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast with lots of choice, amazing location right on the Sky train line.

The views from our room were amazing. Waking up to a amazing skyline every day was a treat. The hotel's key location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions. We loved the pool area and the infinity pool.

The room size was smaller than expected, especially for a family of three. It felt cramped and it was difficult to find enough space for our clothes.

The staff were kind and gorgeous, were waiting for us in the nice reception.

I loved my stay, had a pleasant experience. Everything was very clean, and it had good wi-fi. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of Central Silom Tower.

The doorman on the third floor always greeted me every morning with a genuine smile and kind words that brightened my day. The location was convenient with access to the BTS station and two convenient stores nearby for snacks and microwavable meals. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

It was fairly clean and the staff were beautiful, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay, it was really nice, the service was good! The breakfast was gorgeous, with lots of meals. The staff members were outstanding and efficient. The location was central, near a skybridge right to the BTS, wat arun and the metro train.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel's location is unbeatable. It's super close to the train station and just a few stops away from some must-see attractions. The room and bathroom were comfortably spacious and spotless. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the variety and quality of the breakfast, and the pool and gym were amazing. There's even a bar by the pool that provides tasty bites and refreshing drinks.

Nothing comes to mind, but traffic in the city can be chaotic.

Conveniently located near public transport. Modern and clean with stunning city views from the rooms and infinity pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and check-in/check-out times are generous. Good value for the luxurious amenities provided.
